Tourné Gallery, founded in New York in 2008, offers a stimulating international program centered on artists whose work invokes a higher consciousness, drawing on philosophical and spiritual realms.
For the 2025 edition of the Moderne Art Fair, Tourné Gallery is delighted to exhibit a selection of recent works by Rotraut Klein Moquay (known by her mononym Rotraut), spanning paintings and sculpture created over the past two decades. The solo exhibition will focus on Rotraut’s “Kites” and “Galaxies” series — including works on canvas and on paper — alongside sculptures of various sizes. Born in Germany in 1938, Rotraut’s work has been widely exhibited since her first show at Ben Vautier’s Laboratoire 32 in Nice in 1958. Her work is now included in more than 50 museums worldwide, including the Centre Pompidou, the Louisiana Museum, and the Phoenix Museum of Art.
